- 专科或以上学历背景<br />
- 具有2年以上奢侈品店铺营运或销售管理经验<br />
- 负责店铺货品的进、销、存管理，控制店铺日常费用支出，监督员工合理用店铺物品<br />
- 领导销售团队达致公司制订的销售目标<br />
- 按照公司的统一标准，督导全体店铺员工保持良好的外观形象及服务质量，维持品牌形象<br />
- 培训员工的产品知识、服务质量、基本英语等<br />
- 与公司相关部门保持良好沟通，进行必要数据统计及报表制作，进行日常员工人事管理<br />
