Technical Leader
This position is responsible for defining the technical roadmap of support/project teams and designing the architecture of IT systems including planning, analyzing, designing and realization of IT projects and services.
 
Key Responsibility

<LI style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Active support of requirements engineering, test and quality assurance process to guarantee that the requirements towards an IT Solution are clear and consistent</LI>
<LI style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Devise and enforce architecture (in strong collaboration with the Service Manager)</LI>
<LI style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Regular review of code and implementation quality to ensure that development best practices are adhered to ensure that the developed system adheres to the architecture</LI>
<LI style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Develop and supervise metrics to reveal skill gaps, increase code quality and test coverage, organize refactoring to ensure continuous improvement</LI>
<LI style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Manage interfaces between requirements and development of solution</LI></OL>

<LI style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2" class=MsoNormal>Strong skills in database design and O/R mapping, in particular Hibernate/JPA</LI>
