<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt" lang=EN-US><FONT face=Calibri>2.Resolves all technical support and product application issues within appropriate timeframes, either remotely or on customer site if necessary globally.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt" lang=EN-US><FONT face=Calibri>3.Liaises with factory-based Applications Engineers, Application Specialists and Customer Service personnel as required to resolve customer issues.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt" lang=EN-US><FONT face=Calibri>4.Carries out Installation and Basic User Training plans.</FONT></SPAN></P>
