Staff Software Engineer（北京）

Position Description:
Spirent Communications is looking for a Staff Software Developer Engineer for delivering high quality software products The successful candidate will be part of team developing application software for Spirent's industry leading wireless device test systems. This includes the integration of hardware and software. The successful candidate will implement new products as well as enhancements to existing products and have leadership responsibilities. Product areas include systems and system components used for testing wireless devices (LTE, UMTS and CDMA) for compliance to several industry standards. The primary focus of the position is on the test specifications and the associated application software that controls the test equipment to manage the test procedure and test results.This position is based in Beijing, China.

<LI style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Analyze wireless standards from 3GPP, 3GPP2 and other technical forums Fully understand the requirements from customers and product managers</LI>

C/C++ and .NET. Troubleshoot complex technical problems which involve software and hardware systems. </LI>

Education and Experience

<LI style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>BSEE/BSCE required. MSEE/MSCE highly desired.</LI>
<LI style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Master degree with minimal 6 years related working experience, or bachelor degree with minimal 8 years related working experience, in wireless telecommunications </LI></UL>
 
Requirements (Must Have):

<LI style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1" class=MsoNormal>Experience with design verification testing of wireless terminals is desired; </LI>
