美国知名电子娱乐产品集团 招聘 Global Supply Manager (应届也可)
<DIV>该集团拥有手机、MP4、Mp5及电脑等多种产品，在全球拥有众多的用户和粉丝，其手机受欢迎程序几乎可以用街机来形容。现应研发生产项目的要求，招聘针对元器件和塑料金属件的Global Supply Manager，工作地点在上海。</DIV><DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>主要职责是：</DIV>
<DIV>Work with engineering to determine the product "road map" and develop a strategy around the roadmap for manufacturing and test equipment procurement<BR>Work with engineering and DFM to review and evaluate new technologies and vendors <BR>Generate RFPs, RFQs and PR’s for all capital equipment purchases <BR>Negotiate contract/agreement and pricing with selected supplier(s)<BR>Review with supplier for capacity planning and ramp readiness analysis<BR>Work with OEMs on equipment deployment plans for each program<BR>Develop a companywide asset management strategy<BR>Integrate the tooling support and maintenance requirements into the OEM contracts<BR>Find and pursue cost reduction opportunities by challenging current supply chain structures, cost models, business processes, etc.<BR>Managing multiple programs/projects requirements simultaneously<BR>Establishing and maintaining key cross-functional internal and external</DIV>

<DIV>要求：</DIV>
<DIV>1. 如果是欧美名校毕业，专业是机械相关的本科或硕士生，相关工作经验二年以内，或是应届生皆可。性格要求主动、开朗、积极、有团队精神、擅长交际，执行力强。</DIV>
<DIV>2.非名校或国内大学毕业的，需要有六年以上<FONT color=#000080><STRONG>美资企业供应商管理</STRONG></FONT>相关工作经验。熟悉<STRONG><FONT color=#800000>精细机械件（如注塑、钣金、铸造或冲压等）</FONT></STRONG>供应商挑选、合同价格谈判、供货监督跟进、为供应商提供相关的指导和支持，并拥有与外国人流利对话的英语能力。</DIV>
<DIV>3.愿意长期出差，因为本职位需要长期在供应商处办公，一年里三月至十一月是忙季，其余是闲季。</DIV>
