<DIV class="content content-word">3、建立并完善商学院的各项工作流程，并监督实施； </DIV>

<DIV class="content content-word">5、与外部各培训机构、高校建立良好的合作关系； </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">6、负责商学院各层管理人员、培训讲师的储备与培养； </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">7、根据企业的战略规划，组织进行商学院所需各类课程的研发、试讲及固化工作； </DIV>
