<DIV>1. Receive and process customer requests via telephone, email, chat or web.<BR>2. Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely, efficient and professional manner.<BR>3. Route misdirected calls to appropriate person or area.<BR>4. Generate customer Service Requests in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tool, capturing relevant customer information for effective service delivery.<BR>5. Dispatch and communicate urgent requests for service to Tier 1 Providers. <BR>6. Trace status of Service Requests through CRM software tool and provide information requested to the customer.<BR>7. Attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.<BR>8. Contact customers to ascertain additional information needed to process request for service.<BR>9. Performs other related duties as required.</DIV>
