<P>Responsibilities:<BR>Requirement Management:<BR>Identify, classify, and design the granular functionality and flow of information that comprise an effective user interface and backend workflow.<BR>Ensure that all aspects of an application' requirements satisfy aspects of business, technical and system.<BR>Assess the impact of planned development on existing systems, identifying risks and roadblocks.<BR>Create mockups, prototypes and wireframes that conform to best practice information architecture and user interface design.<BR>Manage those requirements throughout the entire product development process.<BR>Required Capacities:</P><P>+5 years of working experience in business analysis, project management or related areas. E-commerce working experience preferred.<BR>Outstanding written and verbal communication, including documentation writing skills. Modeling techniques and methods. UML fluency preferred.</P>
<P>Detailed oriented skillset of business case development. </P>
<P>Leadership.</P>
<P>Great interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. </P>
