岗位职责：
<DIV class="content content-word">Responsibilities The PROJECT MANAGER will be positioned in the Division for Store design and Construction in Beijing, China with reference to the Head of the division. The division has direct reference to the CEO management and consist today of more than 175 people. Its divided between Store design teams, QA-, QC team, Administration and Supply chain functions. The division has a close and integrated corporation with external Shop concept designers who are working out of the division in Beijing </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Shop implementation, Right quality at the right time. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Manage project teams and suppliers </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Identify and communicate key responsibilities and best practices to ensure high level of team and individual performance. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Take project leadership and coaching role for design teams and Concept designers in the shop construction process. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Secure concepts are correctly implemented according to quality and project time </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- meeting company’s expectations. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Support and work cross functional to make continuous improvements construction wise. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Secure feedback from internal customers are handled and used in the right perspective. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Based on construction competence take overall responsibility securing that our construction suppliers understand and fore fill our demands through communication and training. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Inspire, train and challenge people to perform “best in class”. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Secure budgets costs at right level.</DIV>

任职资格的具体描述：
<DIV class="content content-word">Qualifications and experience </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Your background can be a bachelor degree within the areas of Building/construction, engineering or similar. If you have craftsman experience it will be seen as an advantage. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Also knowledge from retail project management and the focus on end users experience will be preferred. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">? Minimum 3 years experience of handling fast moving projects. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">? Solid founded in project management, construction, engineering and/or design. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">? Experience with driving process development and collaborate cross functional. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">? Strong coaching skills and ability to implement changes and improvements. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">? Budget process, follow up. Knowledge of Chinese price levels is seen as an advantage. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">? Extrovert, “hands on approach”, engaged and a willing to go the extra mile. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Fluent in English, written and Oral is a MUST. Bi-lingual English/Mandarin will be considered as an advantage </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Focus on the entire economic value chain and flair for cost break downs in a project. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Able to handle multiple projects with very tight time schedules.</DIV>
