<DIV>岗位职责：
<DIV class="content content-word">Responsibilities The Sr. Sourcing Manager will take charge of between 30% and 40% of the entire procurement budget related to furniture’s and fixtures for all shop construction. You will be located in Beijing and have reference to the Head of Division for Store design and Construction. The division has direct reference to the CEO management, which reflects the strategic focus there is on the division. The division has full responsibility of the entire operations and quality, related to construction and redecoration of 2000 shops yearly and has more than 170 people in the division. The main focus for this position will be to implement category management within specific categories leading to lowest level of Total cost of ownership and make sure that volumes are reflected in the procurement price. </DIV>

<DIV class="content content-word">Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Category experience within steel products such as racks, furnitures, fa?ade systems within the retail segment is a desire and the perfect candidate will also have good skills within the wood category </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Ability to implement and perform a professional sourcing process, starting with identifying the potential supplier to the final implementing of such, based on the right quality and not least the right price. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Highly skilled within negotiation. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Manage and develop suppliers </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Work systematically </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Capable of supporting our designers in getting the right design for manufacturing which guarantees the lowest possible price. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Monitor, Record and communicate supplier performance in regards to price, Quality and delivery.</DIV>岗位要求：

<DIV class="content content-word">- Bachelor in supply chain with focus on sourcing and procurement. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Technical competences will be an advantage. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Economical insight and ability to identify all costs. </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Proven track record of minimum 5 years with sourcing </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Practice best in class methodology within sourcing and procurement </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Skills to evaluate and approve suppliers based on Quality, capacity and commercial competences </DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">- Fluent in English is a must.</DIV>薪酬福利：
