<DIV>Job Description: <BR>Partner with the senior leaders of the KuXun to provide value-add, high impact solutions for their HR&Admin strategy requirements such as leadership development, manager effectiveness, & organizational effectiveness. <BR>Partner with HR&Admin platform organizations such as Rewards, Strategic Staffing, OD, Leadership Supply, and Employee Relations to provide HR&Admin solution sets for assigned client(s)Build a strong HR&Admin team for tactical implementation of the HR&Admin strategy<BR> <BR>Professional knowledge and skill requirement: <BR>Demonstrates strategic thinking and focus, champions innovative ideas, and drives effective implementation with client groups<BR>Demonstrates business acumen expertise in areas such as finance, business development, strategy, etc., to provide an optimized HR&Admin solution set for the client organization<BR>Possess well-developed consulting skills that foster strong relationships at all levels of the organizationApplies depth and breath of expertise from multiple HR&Admin areas / disciplines for client or business initiatives<BR>Provides situational leadership in difficult situations. Can effectively manage highly challenging situations with high-level conflict<BR>Must be able to create project plans that clearly define key milestones, deliverables, tasks, and be accountable for project commitments<BR>Strong communication skills in English</DIV><DIV>特殊要求<BR>1、有过外企工作经历<BR>2、有IT、通讯、互联网等相关行业背景<BR>3、英语精通（需与美国直接沟通）<BR>4、至少2年以上HRD本职工作经验<BR>5、分管人力资源、行政、政府关系方向<BR>6、双向汇报关系-中国CEO（管理型）/美国总部HR负责人（业务型）</DIV>
