Main objective / purpose of the role:

Responsible for overall PRC logistic works including import, distributing, warehousing and inventory movement

 

List out the keyresponsibilities / outputs and its respectiveactivities

/input:

       Describe clearly and concisely

 

 

 

     Perform effective administration and maintain procedures of imports to ensure consistent compliance with current Government Authority regulations.

     Conduct H.S. code classification and documents filing efficiently for importation practice

     Liaise with customs broker, Customs House, CIQ and related government authority to ensure efficient bulk and sample shipment clearance.

       Ensure shipping record and data entry are properly managed with accuracy.  Coordinate with vendors, service providers and internal parties to ensure solid daily operations.

         Compile monthly KPI report to ensure import operations aligned with the set target.

     Support and execute logistics initiatives.

        Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

Key talents /strengths for the role:

        Colleage degree above
Independent self starter with a good sense of responsibility.
Proven track record in imports operations, experience in medical device is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Highly organized and detail-orientated.
Capable to deal with multiple tasks.
Comfortable with data analysis
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
