<DIV>Me to We in China is seeking a Customer service officer to support our business </DIV>
<DIV>development team in appealing clients to join Me to We projects and optimising </DIV>
<DIV>customer retention. With an engaging personality and excellent written and oral </DIV>
<DIV>communication skills, the Customer service officer works to build relationships with </DIV>
<DIV>schools and corporate clients while ensuring costumer satisfaction. </DIV>

<DIV>The position is based out of Me to We’s office (Jing an District) in Shanghai. If you are </DIV>

<DIV>Principal Responsibilities: </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>• Responsible for participation registration in Me to We projects. </DIV>
<DIV>• Proceed to contact follow-ups, by phone and e-mail, with potential trip participants, </DIV>
<DIV>schools and corporate clients in order to finalize sales. </DIV>
<DIV>• Prepare registration and admission procedure. </DIV>
<DIV>• Set efficient system to organize participant’s information and communicate efficiently </DIV>
<DIV>with facilitation team. </DIV>
<DIV>• Assist participants in their trip preparation, by providing them with further information </DIV>
<DIV>such as insurance and medical needs. </DIV>
<DIV>• Elaborate efficient follow-up plan with participants and clients in order to ensure quality </DIV>
<DIV>control and customer satisfaction, engaging them in living and spreading Me to We </DIV>
<DIV>values in their daily lives. </DIV>

<DIV>Requirements: </DIV>
<DIV>An articulate, self-motivated team player with proven past success in building client </DIV>
<DIV>relationships, as well as strong will to share knowledge and make a positive influence, </DIV>
<DIV>you possess the following skills and attributes: </DIV>
<DIV>• Bachelor’s degree. </DIV>
<DIV>• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, in both Chinese and English, with </DIV>
<DIV>the ability to communicate the information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner at </DIV>
<DIV>all levels. </DIV>
<DIV>• Very organized and reliable individual with a powerful work ethic, both as a team </DIV>
<DIV>member, but also as a self-starter. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>• Friendly and outgoing with the ability to engage clients. </DIV>
<DIV>• Good knowledge of Chinese culture and environment. </DIV>
<DIV>• High degree of flexibility; open to working evenings and weekends as needed. </DIV>
<DIV>• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to succeed with minimal </DIV>
<DIV>supervision. </DIV>
