Reporting Line: Senior Regional after Sales Service Manager-South Pacific
No of Direct Reports: 5+

Accountabilities：
Ø To implement and maintain a well-organized after sales service business structure.
Ø To define and standardize after sales service.
Ø To develop and implement support processes and systems to support network.
Ø To coordinate and participate to the selection of the new service centers, in cooperation with Business Units for technical aspects.
Ø To define KPIs and statistics and perform monitoring.
Ø To define service and spare parts prices along the supply chain.
Ø To define and formalize any support tools and material in cooperation with the related departments
Ø To coordinate with Corporate CRM to establish and implement after sales service focused actions.
Ø To cooperate in the definition of after sales service budget processes
Ø To coordinate internal service centers to ensure respect of the service levels
Ø To ensure that information on product quality collected at network level is reported to the relevant business unit.
Ø To perform scouting of competitor's after sales organization and business
Special Requirements:
Ø Bachelor or above degree with major in Marketing/Business Administration.
Ø At least 5 years in a similar position in the high end luxury market.
Ø Strong knowledge on relevant products and processes & procedures.
Ø Extensive relationship with external repair centers and suppliers.
Ø Proficiency on communication in both written and spoken in English.
Ø Strong skills of analysis, planning, innovation, negotiation and so on.
Ø Proficiency on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ø Self-motivated, pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication Skills.
Ø Pay attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
